An Award Winning Sustainability Program

In 2021, we were awarded the Governor’s award for Environmental Excellence for extraordinary initiatives in protecting the environment without sister company, Midwest Dairy Recycling, LLC. We utilize innovative practice to repurpose milk waste for animal feed. These are gallons of milk that, although perfectly fine, cannot be sold at grocery stores. By collaborating with local markets and dairies, we ensure this milk doesn’t go to waste. The plastic containers would have been destined for landfills as well but we recycle them.
